The living room has vaulted ceilings to 16′ and a wet bar. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with every modern feature including an ice machine, custom coffee maker, built-in refrigerator and an island workspace with an induction cooking station with glass hood.

Early arrival and late departure will depend on availability of the villa at the time of arrival or departure, charges may apply.
*****Failure to check out by noon will result in an extra night rental charge.
VILLA OCCUPANCY
The total number of people occupying the villa as stated on the rental agreement and persons sleeping in the villa at any given time are restricted to the number of persons and rooms scheduled and paid for. Exceptions may be made only for infants if sleeping in a baby crib and not occupying one of the villa’s bed.
