Opening to a spacious private courtyard, the living room and master bedroom of the first floor lanai bungalow open to the expansive private courtyard. The kitchen, with quartz counter tops, stainless steel refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher invite easy meal preparation. The spacious living room offers a queen size sleeper sofa, the master suite features a king size pillow-top bed, and the guest bedroom has either two twin beds or a unique twin over queen bunk bed.

OCCUPANCY

The total number of people occupying the room as stated on the rental agreement and persons sleeping in the room at any given time are restricted to the number of persons and rooms scheduled and paid for. Exceptions may be made only for infants if sleeping in a baby crib and not occupying one of the bed.
