Wedding License Requirements
Note: All forms and for submitting your wedding license application will be provided to you by your wedding planning team.

Proof of Marital Status - If single a sworn affidavit is required (not older than 3 months)

If either parties is divorced - A divorce decree is required

If either is parties is a widow or widower - A death certificate and a copy of the marriage certificate is required

Copy of TCI immigration arrival and departure stamp

Visitors or tourist must be in the Turks and Caicos 48 hours prior to submitting application

If either party is under the age of 21 years - A written consent from parents or guardians is required
