OVERVIEW
Nestled in the tranquil gated community of Leeward, on the heels of the Grace Bay and the Grace Bay Beach, regularly ranked as the “The Best Beach in the World!”. The upscale Leeward community is within a 5-8 minute drive to the Grace Bay shopping and restaurant district, with over two dozen businesses, including a large grocery store and bank.
Our villa is newly refurbished and tastefully furnished offering luxury at an affordable price. Three (3) bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with a full kitchen, Quartz counter-tops, Moen fixtures, air-conditioning in living area and in all bedrooms, Hunter ceiling fans throughout, Samsung and Cuisinart appliances, screen and unscreened outdoor terrace, outside grill, plunge pool and daily maid service.
The Villa has beach chairs, umbrella and coolers for your day at the beach. Other amenities include hair dryer, iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, TV with cable TV and Netflix, air conditioning, Bluetooth home stereo, pool side dinning table and chairs, chaise lounge chairs, private driveway. Please note this Villa is government registered. An additional 12% government tax will be added to your total costs.

Early arrival and late departure will depend on availability of the villa at the time of arrival or departure, charges may apply.
*****Failure to check out by noon will result in an extra night rental charge.
VILLA OCCUPANCY
The total number of people occupying the villa as stated on the rental agreement and persons sleeping in the villa at any given time are restricted to the number of persons and rooms scheduled and paid for. Exceptions may be made only for infants if sleeping in a baby crib and not occupying one of the villa’s bed.
